Obituary

Sharon Valerie Quam Bell
May 13, 1970 – May 23, 2009

We will always cherish our memories of Sharon, born in Anaheim California on May 13, 1970.

Loving wife of Andrew Bell and mother to Brooke and Andrea, Sharon is also survived by her father, Dennis; mother, Kikue; sister, Jennifer; and brother, Fletcher.

Sharon passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, May 23, 2009. She was a graduate of USC with a Masters in Social Work and went on to continue in her field of endeavor and worked at the Saint Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, where she was known for her compassionate and loving nature.

Sharon enjoyed spending time with her husband, Andrew, and her two daughters, and they loved to go skiing with the Disabled Sports USA, Orange County Chapter. She will be greatly missed by all who have loved her and the many people whose lives she touched.

The memorial service will be held on Monday, June 1st, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Lake Forest Saddleback Church, with reception to follow on site.

  3. Such an unexpected for me announcement. We had already been missing her skiing with The Achievers, but with work and the girls, knew she was busy. My heartfelt condolences – if there is anything we can do for you, Andrew, or the family, please let us know.

There is comfort in God, if you are open to accept it; HE is there for you.

The Achievers will miss Sharon very much as her smile on the hill was well known. My deepest condolences to the family and please let us know if there is anything we can do for you.
    Sincerely,
    Karrie

I am shocked at her sudden passing and want to express love, prayers and sympathy for all of you. There is a new angel in heaven and a special one for all of you. God Bless all of you and her.
