Kim Nguyen Nong

15 years ago my sister in-law passed away and we had our first experience with O’Connor Mortuary. We were very happy then with the service we received so when my brother Benjamin Nong passed away last month, although there are other mortuary names were called out by the hospice nurse, but we wanted O’Connor and we once again, very pleased because the warm hearted and professional services by the staffs at the Laguna Hills O’Connor Mortuary. They were very friendly and kind from our first call until everything was done. Our first meeting with Teresa went well. She was so kind and took all the needed times to explain and guide us in a calm, passionate but still very professional to go through the processes. She was very helpful to all our needs and stayed connect and informing thoroughly until the very end. She even went extra miles helping us to obtain some paper works for my parent. Natalie is another person we would like to thanks for her gentle care during the viewing and transportation my late brother back and forth to Church. I would not ask for more from your staffs. They are so professionally and being helpful each time we were there offering helps before we even have to asked.
