Obituary

Sharon Valerie Quam Bell
May 13, 1970 – May 23, 2009

We will always cherish our memories of Sharon, born in Anaheim California on May 13, 1970.

Loving wife of Andrew Bell and mother to Brooke and Andrea, Sharon is also survived by her father, Dennis; mother, Kikue; sister, Jennifer; and brother, Fletcher.

Sharon passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, May 23, 2009. She was a graduate of USC with a Masters in Social Work and went on to continue in her field of endeavor and worked at the Saint Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, where she was known for her compassionate and loving nature.

Sharon enjoyed spending time with her husband, Andrew, and her two daughters, and they loved to go skiing with the Disabled Sports USA, Orange County Chapter. She will be greatly missed by all who have loved her and the many people whose lives she touched.

The memorial service will be held on Monday, June 1st, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Lake Forest Saddleback Church, with reception to follow on site.

Sharon and I went to middle school together. I haven’t seen her in years but still consider her a good friend. I will always remember her huge smiles and even bigger laughs. Love ya Sharon.

  2. Sharon,
I already miss all your nice, sweet, uplifting messages you would send me weekly. I enjoy going back and reading them and remembering how caring and positive you were to others. You did so many great things in the short time you had on this earth. I’m sure you’re children will achieve many great things themselves being they were brought into this world with such a wonderful mother and father. Blessings to your husband and children, Kristin
