Obituary
Theresa Mary Christie Tess
81 Years Old, lived in Mission Viejo where she was surrounded by her family and loved ones as she passed on peacefully July 15, 2013.
Tess was born in the Bronx in New York City on September 5, 1931 to Ann and James Connolly. She later married her sweetheart, Pete Christie for an incredible 62 years! She is a beloved Wife, Mother, Nana, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, and Friend. She is survived by her husband, Peter Christie; her three daughters: Terry, Pat, and Diane Christie-Brammer; three grandchildren, Kim Clark, Tracie Benham, and Rickie Brammer; one great-granddaughter, Kylie Benham; two sons-in-law, Charles Brammer and Thomas Benham; her adopted daughter Bonnie Kaufman; and her adorable terrier, Hercules.
Tess will always be known for her gentle, yet effective approach to life. She was loved by all who had the fortunate event of meeting her. Heaven now has a terrific new angel.
Services will be held at O’Connor Mortuary on August 24 at 10:00AM, 25301 Alicia Parkway, Laguna Hills, CA.

Tess was one of my favorite adults when I was a boy; I always looked forward to visiting Pete and Tess’s house with my mom and dad (Jay and Dot). My mom recently told me that she should call Pete and Tess; upon hearing that Tess had passed she broke into tears. Our sincere condolences to Pete and all the family.
