Dear friends and family of Oscar. It is with great sadness that I sign this guestbook. Oscar was a dear sweet person who would give you the shirt off of his back, and the last dollar in his wallet. I was thinking about him last week, and thought how much I missed him and all of our TORI family. May he be at peace and feel the love from all of his friends.

  3. Oscar will be greatly be missed. I enjoy the time that I knew him while working at IRS. My prayers go out to his family. Remember this too will pass and God will continue to give you strength through these sad times.
