  1. I enjoyed reading all the testimonies and had a smile on my face from the numerous positive comments made about M.D. She truly was a sweetheart and a very special lady. Obviously; she touched and inspired many lives.

And to John – remember your many friends are always here to support and help you through these very difficult times.

May God Bless M.D., John, Stephanie and Bubba

  2. Our deepest condolences to John, Stephanie and Bubba and the rest of her family. MD and Bubba shared a special relationship and bond. I know he will always miss his mom and keep her alive in his heart forever. We love Bubba as our own son and will always be there for him. Our prayers and thoughts are with the family.

  3. I was so sad to hear of Mary Diane’s death. She was always so out-going and fun. She will be missed by many.

  4. To my beautiful sister MD. I don’t know how all this happened. We were all supposed to grow old together. There are so many childhood memories of laughter and tears, of growing up, of sharing secrets and boyfriends and our times in Palm Springs. You were the most beautiful person inside and out. Kind, loving, caring. You were my inspiration. I was in awe of your strength and your incredible will to live. I was proud to have walked the Avon Cancer Walk for you and to see your beautiful face in the crowd at the end. Everyone loved you. I don’t know how we can go on without you. There was always the five of us. I promise you we will take care of John. He loved you so. My heart is aching. Life will never be the same. I love you M.D.

  5. You were the best 2nd mommy anybody could ask for. You have always been there for me and I am truely going to miss all of our long talks we had on weekends, your tuna sandwiches, painting my nails with your hundreds of colors to chose from and your beautiful smile and kind heart!
I am so sad for Alyssa that she only got to share a couple of years with you, because you taught her so much from smelling the flowers, reading and dancing to the Bug song. You will always be her Grandma D. She will watch over John for you and take care of him. As far as your loverboy goes, I hope I raise him as well as you did Bubba and have the same strong relationship with him as you and Bub do.
Bubba and I will never forget all the great memories we have shared and will continue to share them with Alyssa and Matt. Life will never be the same without you, so please look over us and guide us in the right direction. I love you MD and you will always have a special place in my heart. I promise you I will take care of your son and grandchildren and follow in your footsteps.
    love,
    Steph
