  1. I am the managing attorney for the law firm that Larry worked for the past sixteen years.

Where have the years gone? It seems like only yesterday that I shook Larry’s hand for the first time and welcomed him to the firm.

Larry worked for me in the Orange County office and then as Manager of the Riverside office. He always commanded the unswerving loyalty and devotion of all his employees. The Riverside office was always a family as much as it was a business.

Larry was a courageous attorney who enjoyed going to trial and was proud of his record of victories in the courtroom. His one regret the last few years was that every opposing attorney would “blink” at the last minute and accept Mercury’s offer thus depriving him of the joy of trial combat.

Larry was a pilot and marine and completely fearless and proud. He was an inspiration to me and a model for leadership. I only wish that I could inspire the same loyalty in my employees as he did so easily with his.

    I will miss him greatly.

  2. Tom Yost says:

Larry, was a real professional & always defended his clients to the best of his abilities. He was a great representative for Mercury Insurance. Most of all Larry was a great guy & will be truly missed.

  3. Amelia D. says:

My deepest and sincere sympathy to the Craig family.

  4. Larry,
You have been my friend since I met you in 1969….and I always admired your forthright attitude and “tell-it-like-it-is” style….although you would often say nothing….and just smile.

Your Marine humor was the greatest…and your honor and integrity were a large part of that heritage.

Larry, your courage during your Marine Corps years was legendary, and your skills as an attorney were simply a part of your greatness as a real Rennaisance Man, and someone to be admired….never calling attention to yourself…..you never had to.

Please do a low-level nav for the rest of us….and recon a couple of good LZs…..as we are behind you, and may need your help when we make our journey.

I know The Lord knows you, and that you are safe in His arms now….and I’m imagining that you look like a 6 year old on Christmas morning….right about now.

    Semper Fidelis, Flash,

    Moon

  5. My deepest sympathies to you.
