Obituary
And God said ‘I know you are hurting
I see you have suffered loss
You lost your child to cancer
Mine died upon the cross’
Justin’s battle with cancer came to an end on September 2, 2011. His body may have failed him; his mind and spirit did not.

I feel lucky to have known Justin for the short time I did. I admired his courage in the face of adversity and his wit. He was always eloquent or brutally honest when I needed him to be. I feel blessed that not only was he my game companion, but a close friend who I could rely on. I miss him dearly and hope that one day we’ll finally get to meet, even if it’s in the Summerlands.
My heart goes out to his family in this time of grief.
