   John,
   I’m sorry and sad that we lost touch years ago. I always assumed that our paths would cross and we would “catch up” over a beer. I am left with so many unanswered questions. I will remember the fun, crazy, & stupid times we had from 5th grade through high school together. We were best friends through one of the most memorable times of my life. Your friendship left a profound impression on my life and I am thankful to have known you. Good bye John, I miss you. -Rob

   My deepest sympathy to family through this arduous time. I went to high school with John and always found him a good person that didn’t get wrapped into judging others. I appreciate my memories of him.

   I feel blessed to have shared a path with you for so many years John. That path brought an incredible amount of priceless, fun, mischievous and hilarious experiences,.meeting in the pine trees in the middle of the night, breaking glass tables at you parties, shaving eyebrows, ski trips, 2nd degree burns from your dirt bike, our neighborhood posse playing all sort of “games” in the basement of my parents house at wee hours of the night, chasing scaring boys away on the boardwalk, and the list goes on. John you are a beam of light that shined brightly to all who chose to see. You are loved. Thank you for being here with us. I love you-Rachael
