   Your dad is with the Lord, John, but it is left to the family to grieve his passing. I ask Jesus to give you comfort and strength to deal with Gerry’s passing and hope that you remember the love and good times that you had together and not dwell on your loss.

   To John and family: Please accept my deepest sympathies for your loss. John, I understand from Joe that your dad was a very special person and that he will be sorely missed. I can only assume that the connection we are developing stems in part from being well schooled by an exemplary role model.

   So sad to hear of the passing of Mr. Mowbray. He was a true gentleman, gracious and kind. He always remembered me when we met at BABC functions and he and Mrs. Mowbray would stop and chat. He always made me feel worthy of his time — such a nice feeling! God Bless You, Mr. Mowbray and may you rest in the eternal and heavenly peace you have earned.
