Charlie was a person that was bigger than life, because if you knew him, there was nothing in life he could not do. I knew Charlie for over 10 years, and he was more than a friend, he was My Brother In Law.

I first met Charlie when I came to meet his Sister Anne for the first time at his shop. But Charlie stole the show by giving me a tour of the numerous cars he was restoring including a 55 Nomad. Before I left to go out with Anne, he gave me a Homemade card with a cut-out shotgun inside? As he laughed, I got the hint, and I made sure Anne got Home early that night, she later became My Wife. She is the best thing that ever happened to Me, and I Thank God for her, and Charlie for bringing me into their lives.

Charlie was a Master Custom Car Builder, Fabricator, and Mechanic who had a couple shops of his own, and worked for many others. He was sought out by everyone because of his gift to built cars, and wasn’t afraid to leave when he felt he wasn’t making the money he deserved. I should know because I helped him move from shop to shop, sometimes two or three times in one year.

Charlie, and I spent many years laughing over a drink, and planning out what life will bring next? Charlie played Doo Bop Music that he grew up listening to in the streets of Brooklyn New York that taught him how to be tough too survive. But Charlie’s life was like a Country Song that he enjoyed listening too at work. He may have not got the girl, but he always had fun doing what he loved, working on cars, and helping everyone. His heart was bigger than life, and I Loved, and greatly Miss My Brother! Ed Veturis
