Cheryl, Alma, Matt, Jessie, David, Kayla & Brian,

After seeing all that has happened over the past 6 months, I have never been prouder to be part of this family….witnessing the collective courage that Bob and all of you mustered to face it all has been an inspiration to me…but I should not be suprised, because that would be expected..that is who you all are. While I will miss Bob very much back room & watching ball games at holidays…just shooting the s**t, etc.., his presence will always be felt in each of you. I love all of you very much.

  4. Dear Alma:
We are so very sorry that we can’t be there for you. Bob will be in our hearts forever. He was a very loving and caring husband, father and friend.
He is now sharing a place with my mother and I know they both will be watching over us and our children.
We will come see you as soon as we can.

    Love,

    David and Angela Connor

  5. Dear Alma, Eunice, Cheryl and family:
Losing Bobby cannot be put into words any easier than it was when we lost Rod. Your unbridled efforts to help Bobby were incredible. We will continue to offer our prayers and our condolences for your loss of a great dad, ballplayer and friend.
