When I met Aaron at a show at SOMA when he first joined the band I had a feeling he would be a great friend and our conversations would be meaningful and he was truly a treasured friend I had and my secrets tattoo would now have even more meaning his smile was contagious and I will truly miss him as a parent now I have no words about the meaning or feeling of saying goodbye to a child but my prayers and thoughts are with you at this time and always I will be adding on to my current secrets tattoo when the time is right so it will have even more meaning to me.

Thank you for an incredibly beautiful service, I watched this online from England and it was truly incredible to learn so much about Aaron. I met Aaron when he was touring with Secrets, we had spoken online before and I was very excited to meet him, the second he saw me he gave me the biggest hug and we went to get coffee together, that is a memory I cherish. To him I could of just been another fan but he truly treated me like a friend. I was lucky enough to be able to meet him a few more times in various places around London and I remember the day he told me he was leaving secrets I was reassured he would come back to London and we would get coffee. Even though we couldn’t be friends in person he would always be just a message away if ever I needed him, like a true friend. Our last conversation was only a month ago I wish I could say it was beautiful and meaningful but it was actually just him explaining to me how to count my macros, now every meal I think of him and the disappointment he would probably feel on the fact that I still don’t know what a macro is. I am truly blessed to have known him even if i only was able to meet face to face a few times, he was one of the best and will always have a special place in my heart.

Was one of my favorite metalcore bands. This band helped me when I was going through heartbreak and depression. Aaron if you’re seeing this I hope you can see how much of an impact you had for this world. I wish nothing for the best for you. RIP

wishing the best for the melzer family. aaron did so much for me, but all i can do for him now is wish that he’s in peace and okay. thank you for everything, aaron. you got me through a lot. i didn’t think i would ever have to deal with losing you. you are so loved and so missed.

I only knew Aaron for a short period of time but I know that he was an amazing person. He was so empathetic and was the best listener. He was constantly working on himself and he gave pretty good advice. I loved spending time with him and he inspired me in so many ways. My favorite memory of him was him teaching me how to play games on his Oculus Rift. I hope that he is at peace.
