My thoughts and prayers are with all of you today. Aaron made such a significant impact on my life. We opened up about our hardships and self growth, and We bonded over our love to giving back to the community, healing, spirituality, and therapy. I have so much love and respect for Aaron. You raised such an amazing person. He was kind, compassionate, loving and such a well rounded individual. I don’t have the words to describe how big his heart was, people just had to be lucky enough to experience his love, it was a blessing.

  2. I knew Aaron as the vocalist of Secrets. Fragile Figures came out around a time that i was going through something much bigger than me, I was struggling. Fragile Figures really helped me through that dark time, Aaron helped guide me through that dark time. I attended Camden New Jersey Warped Tour solely to see Secrets and to finally meet Aaron. I have met Richard Joe and Mike in the past. I was also excited to meet them again, but Aaron was the guy on that album i was aching to meet. After their set i went straight over to the tent only to see Aaron behind the table. I am a pretty shy person but something about him made me very comfortable. I approached him being excited and nervous all at the same time. He was welcoming, warm, kind, and just seemed so excited to see me. Realistically I was a stranger to him, but he treated me like a life long friend. I made sure to tell him that he was a role model and an inspiration to me and I also mentioned how he pulled me out on such a dark and lonely place. We chatted for a minute, we took a photo together, he signed my poster, sold me a shirt and i went on with my day. I met him a few other times after that at shows and it was the same experience every time. He was warm, kind, welcoming, and treated you like a life long friend. I have this awesome picture that a random photographer took at a show on me crowd surfing and being held up by a body guard and Aaron is holding onto my hand while he sings into the mic. He posted the photo on instagram and I nearly died when i saw that photo and realized it was me. Of course i commented telling him it was me and he loved that! That was April 2015 in Philadelphia. Not long after that i got the words “Fragile Figures” tattooed on my legs in honor of that album and as a reminder that I can get through anything. To this day Fragile Figures is still the best album Secrets released, and thats thanks to Aaron. I didnt personally know Aaron but his loss has me so deeply saddened. He was the person who pulled me out of such a dark place, he was my role model, he was my inspiration. He was truly truly the kindest person i have ever met in the music industry. I am so deeply sorry for your loss, I send my condolences from my family to yours. As parents, you guys raised a great son. He really did touch the hearts of so many people. Long live Aaron in our hearts, and memories. God bless you guys.

    Corinne,

Your smile is so contagious and Aaron has your smile. It lights up a room, as I am sure Aaron’s did, too. Your family’s strong faith and love will get you through this unimaginable time.

    Lots of love, Joan

Aaron was unlike anybody I’ve ever met. Soulful, deep, inspiring, infectious, and beautiful from the inside out. He made a massive impact on my life, and I’m so glad I had the chance to reconnect with him over the Summer. He spoke so highly of his family, and he would exude love and admiration while speaking of them, especially his nieces. He told me about peek a boo through the window amid Covid lockdown and how much he just adored being Uncle Aaron. Mr. and Mrs. Melzer’s eulogies were such a remarkable tribute to him. You raised such a beautiful soul. He was just too emotionally beautiful for this earth. Sending you an abundance of love, light, and prayers.
