Obituary

Thomas Lawrence Dove 73 born August 16, 1932 in Washington, DC He died on Friday, April 7, 2006 in Lake Forest, California of Lung Cancer. He is survived by his devoted wife Dolores M. Dove; loving daughter Joy Chaney and son-in-law Doug Chaney; beloved son Thomas C. Dove and daughter-in-law Patty Dove; step-son Joseph Romanoski; beloved sisters Marilynn Sams and Cathy Krenzler; beloved brothers Robert and Daniel. He is also survived by his five adoring grandchildren: Kalem, Garrett, Dustin, Ryan, and Andrea. He was dearly loved by many and will be deeply missed by all. Also, he will forever be with us in our hearts and spirit.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2006 ~ 7:00 P.M. at O’Connor Laguna HiIls Mortuary, Laguna Hills, California.

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2006 ~ 10:00 A.M. at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California. Stage #5

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Tom’s memory to the Hospice Care at 12200 Bellflower Blvd., Downey, CA 90242

  1. It was such a pleasure knowing you Tom. Always at the ready with a smile, hug and “it’s good to see you”. Aly and I were fortunate to share many fun times with you, Dee and the gang…we will remember them fondly.

    Dolores, little did we know the day that you introduced Tom to our family, the impact he would have on each and every one of us. Tom was always loving, considerate, and caring and he especially took care of our Mother and was there whenever he could be.
    I have wonderful memories of Tom that will be with me forever. He truly loved his family and extended family and Heaven has opened its gates to welcome him home. I will miss him dearly. Love, Your sister Joanie
