Obituary

Tammy Johnson was born in 1966 and lived with her family until marrying husband Jon in 1985. They had three children Morgan, Madison and Michael and lived in Irvine. She worked in the mortgage industry until 2006 when she decided it was time to stay home and be a loving mom full time.

She loved to dance, laugh and listen to music. Her greatest joy was to see people she loved be happy, and she was always there to help whenever anyone needed it.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Please click on the Charities button for more information.

  2. Jon, Morgan, Madison and Michael,

We are so sad that we will not be seeing Tammy’s smiling face and her cheerful laugh anymore. Tammy showed us how to be a fighter. I have never heard her once complained or feel sorry for herself. She refused to let her illness slow her down and cherished every day she had with her children, who were her pride and joy. Tammy was not just a devoted wife and mother. She was a genuine friend. We will miss you very much Tammy.

  3. Jon and family, I am so sorry to hear of Tammy’s passing. I have not seen your family for some time since Morgan was little and my daughter and she used to play together. I know Tammy as one of the MOST genuine people I have ever met. Tammy saw the good in everyone, gave everyone the benefit of the doubt and was truly kind. She was an excellent example of a wife and mother who put her family and friends first. I am so sorry for your loss. May the special memories you have get you through this tough time. Your family with be in our thoughts and prayers –

  4. Jon, Morgan,Madison, and Micheal:
I’m very sorry to hear about Tammy. So many really great memories I have from the moment I met you all, first the bandaide party the very first time I met you, then all the trips and parties, seeing Madison and Micheal born, and just simply being your friend. I have nothing I can say but I love you guys and your wife/mommy is a wonderful person and her lose is painful but her memories and the children she and Jon created are a blessing. XO
