Ron, you were a great mentor. I will always remember your smiling face and you on the Harley on stage at the 24 Hour Fitness meeting! You were, and will always be “Our Superma” – God Bless you on your new adventure. God Bless your family and everyone who’s lives you touched.

I knew ron in carmichael via my best friends sister and a nautilus training center where he dominated the gym and taught how tp work out. I live in laguna niguel also and enjoyed running into him from time to time and talki g about those days. I knew him as a person dedicated to .health and fitness. His passing causes me to think more about the moments ahead of me. I am very sorry to hear this news of his passing. He inspired me

My heart goes out to Ron’s family. I am so very sorry for your loss. Ron was a giant among those of us at Family Fitness Center/24 Hour. What I loved most about him is he treated everyone he dealt with respect. He was always sincere and truly kind. May you Rest In Peace Ron. You will remain in many peoples hearts and minds.
