Obituary
Robert John Fagan (affectionately known as Bob) was the 7th born of 9 children in Lyndon Station, WI on 10/3/27. He grew up there and spent 2 years in the army in Korea from 1946 – 1947 right after attending Catholic high school.
After the military, Bob moved out to sunny Southern CA (San Gabriel) with his family. While in college he met his wife, Lillian, at a Big Band dance in Pasadena and they married 5 years later in 1955.
Soon after they moved to Sacramento on a job transfer. There he worked in sales management in the Ford automobile industry for 30 years. He and his surviving wife raised 3 surviving children, Kathryn and Patricia (twins), and son Thomas Fagan. They have four grandchildren.
Bob and Lillian were happily married for 57 years as his extroverted personality complimented her introverted personality wonderfully.

My prayers are with you Lil, Kathy, Patti, Tom and your families.
Uncle Bob: always joking and ready to have a fun conversation. Always dapper and classy ready for fun! Uncle Bob is now with his older brother Dave and all of his siblings who have passed on. I pray they are all catching up and taking care of Bob.
I can picture my dad and Uncle Bob on vacation in Newport Beach – arms gesturing with every spoken phrase while wading in the Pacific Ocean (standing there for hours in the waves) catching up and talking about everything under sun; cars, engineering and who knows what else! So many wonderful times! I remember when he and my dad took off to run an errand in Tahoe and hours later my mom, Pat and Lil found out they had gone to a local watering hole to drink beer and talk! Thank you Uncle Bob for always convincing my dad (I’m thinking that may have been the case) to take their families on vacation together every summer! Memories of sunny summer days include you and your beautiful family!
