Obituary

Richard Michael Miltenberger, 51, passed away on March 21, 2018.  He was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend.

Rick was a devoted father, spending most of his time supporting the pursuits of his children.  He spent his weekends at soccer fields, football fields, baseball fields, and cheer venues.  Rick was one to enjoy the simple pleasures in life: good books, good movies, good wine, and good friends.  He was an avid Steelers and Boise State football fan.

Rick is preceded in death by his mother Faye Miltenberger.

He is survived by his loving family Dana and Samantha Schneider, Children: Ryan Miltenberger, Tyler Miltenberger, and Cooper Miltenberger. Father: Richard Miltenberger, Sisters: Julie Muranaka (Ken), Karen Schrantz (Pete), and Tricia Sells (Kevin).

  3. Rick, you will be missed my friend. Working together for over the last 15 yrs has been great. You always had me laughing before and after our “work” ended. Your creativity and willingness to delve into new territory to help us serve the community will never be forgotten. There are so many campaigns you were a part of that created significant change: Paly More, Eat Better and Promise to Talk have been two that have helped thousands create healthier lives.

I am so sorry for your loss, please accept my sincere condolences. May the God of all comfort sustain you as you await the promises found at John 5:28,29 and Rev. 21:4 where God promises to do away with all the things that cause us suffering and pain including death here on the earth forever. (Psalm 37:29) It is my sincere hope that these thoughts comfort your family at this time.
