Deb, I am Debbie’s cousin and have met you a handful of times. I wanted to let you know that my prayers and thoughts are with you at this most difficult time. I know when my mom died, what helped me was when I would go to places she hung out at in Vegas and complete strangers would come up to me to tell me stories about my mom. I wanted to let you know that Ralph was one of those that touched many. For me, my fav memory was all of us in Vegas for Rachel’s 21st birthday that also happen to be Ralph’s. How we acted like teenagers at the Carnaval Court next to Harrahs. I had a blast. I think we all had a great time that weekend. My cousin over the years has shared with me many more happy memories. He will truely be missed. Remember you have a strong group of friends who will be there for you and help you get thru this difficult time.

  4. Sue, Brian, Kyle and Brady: the entire community shares the loss of a great man. He was a husband and father to you; yet a friend, a mentor and felt like a family member to all of us. His developments and contributions to the the Woodbridge community will be forever legacy.

Ralph was the BEST boss to work for! Seven wonderful years of my life were spent working for Ralph, learning from him and appreciating his many gifts. Just a few days ago, my husband and I were laughing about Ralph and April Fools Day. You couldn’t open a drawer without wondering what would pop out at you. Dan Smoot and I got him good one year though with a great Census joke. We even got him to call 1-800-COUNTUS. My heart goes out to Sue and the boys. I myself feel very blessed to have known Ralph and to have had the good fortune to call him my friend. Thank you Ralph for being a bright spot in this world!! I hope the wine is good in Heaven!!! I will never forget you!
    Love,
    Rhonda
