  2. Michelle, Megan and Ross: I worked with your dad and traveled the country with him for eight years. He was always proud of you, the first to show his co-workers a picture of his wonderful family and always telling us how lucky he was. We will miss him and I know he will miss you.

    With my warmest regards,

  3. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Crother families. We hope Phil has found peace. There are so many incredible memories of Phil that will be a part of our lives forever. He was a brother, a friend and a guide. We will miss him dearly, especially the family dinners when he had us rolling with laughter…a great sense of humor, extremely intelligent, and a witty charm. He loved his family very much and now he will be watching over his children from above, still a guide in their lives. We wish you all the best. Love the LaFlamme’s.

  4. Thinking of your family at this tragic time.
    God Bless you all.

  5. Phil is my friend. I have known him since elementary school. So many great memories, such as when we were like 10-12 we would go into our back yard, buld a small camp fire and fry up peices of bologna and cheese. It was, believe it or not, about the best tasting thing around. Many fun times. I was proud to stand up at his wedding and he at mine. A part of my childhood went with Phil to his final resting place. Goodbye Phil, my friend. My prayers are with his family.
