Norm and I had adjoining football lockers senior year for the Temple City Rams. He started on defense, and I on offense (although he could have played both ways). Dressing for the last game of the season, he suggested we wear each other’s jersey. Coach Hitchcock would have killed us! But wish we’d done it, Norm. It would have been a great honor to play in your # 12 in the green and gold.–Steve Gerhart
