Obituary
Natalie Marie Foster was born in Riverside California September 16, 1983. She died on April 13th, 2010 at home in San Clemente surrounded by her family.
Natalie was the baby of three girls and was stricken with Rett Syndrome a severe neurologic disease that affects girls both mentally and physically. She bravely fought for 26 years, which was more than predicted for her life. Natalie through it all was always a happy, congenial girl and for most of her life wore a big smile. She attended school and graduated from Tesoro High School special education program.
Although Natalie never spoke a word and spent the last 12 years of her life in a wheelchair, she had a lasting impact on all who knew her and left a special mark on this world.
She was the light of her family’s life and will forever be missed.
She was preceded in death by her older sister Christina who also died of complications of Rett Syndrome in December of 2000.
Natalie is survived by her mom Susan Foster, dad Ralph Foster, big sister Nicole Carlson, brother-in-law Craig Carlson, and niece Chloe Carlson.
Fly away our sweet angel, be with your sister free at last in a place free of pain, free to walk and run, free to talk to your hearts desire. We will miss you with all our hearts but we know that you are finally free at last in a place more beautiful than we can imagine.
Forever loved,
Mom, Dad, Nicole, Craig and Chloe

Natalie,
We will always remember You even though your gone away, you will be at peace and we will be okay. Even though your physical presence will not be near, your spirit will always be with us and appear in time of need and in time of fear.
Our love will be with you everyday, in our dreams you will forever remain, to make sure you feel no pain. But death, we will not be able to fully explain, for there is only one thing you would want us to proclaim, to remember you when your gone away and not put our lives on delay, enjoy each day as if it is our last, for life goes by much too fast.
We love you Nats,
Uncle David and Aunt Diane

Ralph, Suzie, Nicole, Craig & Chloe: Sending you all much love at this difficult time. Natalie was truly blessed to be a member of such a wonderful family. She truly experienced the kind of love God asks that we all give to one another. Many blessings to you…

Dear Natalie and your family,
Although I never met you, your life is and always will be an inspiration to all of us with Rett sisters of yours. Erika, my daughter, is only 7 now but you have given her family hope that we will have her here with us for some time. When it is her turn I hope she will be as brave as you knowing she will have you and many other Rett sisters to play with. To the family you left we wish only the best in this time.

Dear Foster Family,
Our hearts and prayers go out to you in your loss and mourning. You already know she is laughing and dancing with her sister!
Thank you for being part of the road I am traveling with my daughter, and laying down the pavers that I tread on daily. If not for those who have come before us, thing would be much more difficult for those who follow now and in the future.
Please be in peace.
