   To the Mount Family,
   Though I never had the privilege of meeting Mike in person, the warmth, kindness, and charisma that he generated in speaking with him over the phone, allowed me to catch a glimpse of what a very special man he was. In just the few conversations we had, he made an impression on me that I will not forget. Our business relationship was just beginning, and I was looking forward to working with him. My deepest sympathy to all of you. May the wonderful memories you have of him live on in your hearts forever.
