Carol, I am so sorry for you and your family for the loss of my friend Jimmy. We were friends for 71 years and that is very hard to comprehend. We were airborne troopers together so he remains a brother to me and will never be forgotten. We had many crazy and exciting times during those years and the reflections now seem very painful. He was my friend and will be always.
Jimmy was the member of our family who was most vocal about keeping everyone together and having regular gatherings. I’m so sad that our next gathering will be to say goodbye to him. Maybe we won’t say goodbye, perhaps we will say, fair winds and following seas!

A loyal, honest, and trustworthy friend, an ARMY paratrooper and member of the 101st AIRBORNE. I’ll miss him….I’ll miss him…
