Dear Sandy, Mike, Todd, Marianna and Lucas,
In times like these I regret the way we live our lives, we spent so much time with our living and we spent so few time with the people that we love. Although I have met uncle Iraj just a few times in my life I feel very close to him. When I first met him I had the feeling like I knew him forever, he had this incredible talent to give this warmth to anyone around. He cared for everyone, he helped everyone. Even during this long lasting and exhausting disease he never let anybody know about his suffering. He never wanted anybody to feel bad because of him. I can only imagine what he went through, and what you went through also. I thank god that I could spent just a little time with uncle Iraj. Although the time was short, I Iearned so much about mental power, personality and attitude of this great man, and I will take it with me.
