Dawna was an amazing person she spread light and love to everyone who knew her. She always put others first and even though we will miss our friend dearly we are glad to know that she is up in heaven. We love you rest in peace.

My thoughts and prayers are with
Dawna’s family. Dawna was a beautiful girl inside and out. Whenever I would go into CEC she was the first one to greet me with open arms. She alway took the time to chat with me. I always thought how lucky CEC was to have her as a very hard-working, caring, loving employee. Dawna taught my daughter, Erica Anderson, so much about work and would listen and give Erica such good advice about life and work.
Dawna will be greatly missed, but will always remain in my thougts and in my heart.

I feel as though I have so much to say and share about all the wonderful memories I hold from knowning Dawna, but at the same time I’m at a loss for words. Dawna is unforgetable…a true delight to know, even if she came after you with her baseball bat because you were throwing food in the kitchen. If I ever came into work, or even my days after CEC, and needed advice, a shoulder or just a hug…Dawna dropped everything to be there. I miss you Dawna…and my love and support go out to the Mallard family and all friends who share this loss.
All of my love,
Erica S. Anderson

As a manager, friend and someone to confide in there will never be anyone else like her. Dawna was a large part of my job learning experience and was always there as a friend. I will always value the time shared, and wish there could have been more of it.

Though we didn’t know your daughter, we know you both as wonderful, caring, loving neighbors and parents. In reading all of the touching condolences, it’s clear that Dawna was a reflection of you both. May she rest in peace.
