May you rest easy in peace light and a abundance of love for your life was cut far too short.

  2. You are the first person I met when we moved to San Clemente. Over the years you became family To us. from you and the kids coming over for dinners,to late nights
downtown,To some serious talks and advise that you would give, to the waves we rode together. Christian I looked up to you like an older brother. The anger and pain comes at me on a daily bases. I will never forget our time together rest easy bro.

Man I really miss this human right now. I just can’t wrap my head around the fact you’re gone.

We just talked about how wild it was over the years all the times we would randomly run into each other in our small town. I think we lost count lol. I loved all our adventures Christian!! You were always up for a good time no matter how crazy you thought I was.

I will never forget that spontaneous day trip to Las Gaviotas, Mexico. Or the time I told you I’m going to jump out of an airplane tomorrow and you showed up the next morning on my doorstep with my favorite coffee and you said you’re not going alone! All the rad play dates with our girls, Supercross, the fair, Angel games, Circus tricks, Dave & Buster’s, and the list goes on. I got to see you as a fun loving dad and you were always making sure the girls had the best play dates just like when you made heart shaped Valentine pancakes for them!

My motivator!! I still hear you saying get out of bed, or do one more set of stairs, or get that honey do list done! Anytime I complained about my physique you would say… “well do something about it.” At the time I thought what a dick but now I miss your butt kicking talks that put me in gear. You Inspired me to get a personal trainer, cut the negative out, and always make me put myself first.

Then there was all the times you did my dishes just because they were bugging you. Man Christian…..My forever dish fairy. Let’s talk about your green thumb! I don’t think you ever came over empty-handed without a beautiful succulent planter you made out of driftwood that the girls would find on the beach. Really?

You always had my back too!!! I will never forget that one time I told you I’m entering in a Mixology contest. You thought I was crazy and took me to BevMo stayed up all night and we came up with a sick craft cocktail. You enjoyed being my test bunny and it was the first and only time seeing you tipsy my fellow bartender friend. You always said if I date you would have to approve and they have to be OK with you always being my friend. You put up with me like the big brother I never had.

We just got it! We knew we were just friends and life was easy around you. You appreciated life and it’s beauty. You were so thankful to be a part of this world. We always talked about how lucky we are and we always lifted each other up. You sure will be missed Christian. I know you’re up there looking down on me and making sure there’s no dishes in my sink or I’m not in bed past 8am. I know my honey do list will always in the works and wishing I still had you here to help me with it. I miss you my buddy so incredibly bad. SP forever.
