Carlos M. Torres, 84, was born January 10, 1921 in Arizona and passed away November 2, 2005 in Lake Forest, California. A professional bartender for over 40 years, Mr. Torres is survived by his son, J. Rene Torres; half-brother, Alex Osti; sister, Maria Harrington and grandson, Matthew Torres.
