Condolences go to Bob and his family during these times. I worked with Betty for over 10 years at the Assessor’s office. Learned much from her and really enjoyed being in her office with Mr. Kennedy discussing O.C. Business IT functions. Mr. Kennedy would always end the meeting with humor. Betty was a great lady and had a wonderful smile I will always remember. She is in a better place now. May God be with you and your family during these times.

  5. I worked for Betty for four years and had great respect for her- she was an influence on me and my career at the Assessor’s office. She had a great sense of humor. My thoughts and sympathy go to her family.
