Barbara Jane Neel, 63, was born December 29, 1946 in Nebraska and passed away November 10, 2010 In Trabuco Canyon, California. Barbara workes as a Registered Nurse for 37 years. She is survived by her daughter Kristin Timothy Abele; sons Jeffrey Neel and Mark Tiffany Neel; sisters Sharon Jirovsky and Paula Brand; grandchildren Aquiles Neel, Mark Neel, Jr. and Baylie Reynolds.
