  3. Dear Bill,
A lot of years have passed since the days of Big Boy. So many good memories of Loise and you. Thanksgiving when Loise let you and Dorothy make pie crust all over her kitchen. The camping trip that Loise and Dorothy in the dark put up a tent over an anthill. The fishing trips with Loise reminding you to put on a life jacket. Friday night bridge games after work and we beat the girls who had lessons. The memories go on and on. Though the years have passed, we have always seemed very close. I know Sharon, Ron and Marlene counted both of you as family. We were looking forward to your relocating and getting together again. We will miss Loise and her e-mails keeping us abreast of things. We will miss her but she will ever be a part of our fondest memories of times that no one can take away.
We are sorry to be out of state at this time and unable to return in time for Lois’s memorial.
May God keep you in His will. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
    A big hug to you.
    Carl and Dorothy Thornton

  4. We were saddened when you called us to tell us you were leaving Waterlefe to move back to California, and we were shocked when we were informed of Lee’s death.

We shall treasure the time we were able to spend together. Lee was a special lady we always enjoyed being with, and she will be sadly missed by those she touched.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you!

    Bill:

It was with great sadness when I learned of Loise’s passing.

The first memory that came back to me was when Loise heard that I had high cholesterol. I was single then and living in Promontory Point. Loise was concerned about my eating habits and invited me over for dinner. She made her special low cholesterol chili and even packed up several frozen batches of that great chili for me to take home. She was truly a gracious, kind and lovely person.

    She will be missed.

    Harold Fox
