   No words can express the sadness I feel. I will always cherish the memories I have of Ann. I was truly blessed with her friendship. Life will never be the same without her. I love you all.

   Dear Parker, Denise & Family,
   I hope this poem offers some sort of peace – I thought of Ann when I read it…
   I do not sleep.
   I am the thousand winds that blow.
   I am the diamond’s gilt on snow.
   I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
   I am the gentle autumn’s rain.
