This event is for Trauma Intervention Program (TIP) Volunteers only.
Every TIP volunteer understands the difficulties faced by survivors after a traumatic incident. However, how trauma is managed in the early hours and days of the event often have a dramatic impact on how the loss is managed long-term. In this workshop, we’ll talk about how our work helps prevent far more complicated grief and how the absence of good support can actually intensify the bereavement experience.
