William J. O'Brien "Woody" 2/7/52-10/12/13 – Born & raised in Cleveland, OH Woody was a character full of life, with a warm and fun personality. Woody was a graduate of Cleveland's Cathedral Latin High School and served in the US Army's 101st Airborne Division. In 1987 he relocated to Orange County, CA and owned and operated a successful business for the last 12 years. He is survived by his long-time partner Odile Romans, his siblings Tom, Tim, Kate, Frank, & Rob, his two son's James & Michael, his 3 granddaughters Abigail, Caitlin, & Mackenzie, and his two beloved dogs Sparky & Moose. A memorial gathering will take place Thursday 10/17 from 4-6pm at O'Connor Mortuary, Laguna Hills, CA. A funeral mass will take place at St. Edwards Catholic Church, Dana Point, CA Friday 10/18 at 2:00pm.
