He is survived by his devoted wife, Sandra Clements; loving daughter, Jeannine Lattime; beloved sons, Nicholas Clements and William Clements; beloved sister, Beverly Dabney; beloved brother, John Clements, and two grandchildren.

Visitations are to be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and Thursday, August 10, 2006 from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at O'Connor Laguna Hills Mortuary, 25301 Alicia Parkway, Laguna Hills, CA 92653.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 11, 2006 ~ 12:30 PM at St Edwards Catholic Church, 33926 Calle La Primavera, Dana Point, CA 92629.

An Interment immediately follows at Pacific View Memorial Park, 500 Pacific View Drive, Corona Del Mar, CA 92625.
