  1. What a fun guy to be around. From our times at the Builder’s Shows to sharing memories with children and grand children there was always a smile and a positive attitude. Jackie and I shall miss you greatly but we know that you are in a better place today. Rest in peace Bill!

  2. I met Bill at Coto De Caza 13 years ago at my wedding. Bill with a big smile with unconditional love to everyone. It was real note fake. We all played golf we laughed about our golf game. As years have passed I was able to really spend some quality time with Bill and Carol. Bill was a loving Godly man with so much love for his wife Carol and family. I had visited Bill at the hospital many times we chatted about life, family and friends. I will miss Bill very much. My you rest in peace and God Bless You. Blessings to the Fawcett family.
    Love, Hope :pray::kissing_heart:

  4. We met Bill quite randomly when we joined our Saddleback Church small group. There were many reasons why small group was a perfect fit for us with Bill there…the twinkle in his eyes, that quick smile, of course that subtle humor, and most important his big heart. He knew how to make everyone feel special and saw the importance of mentoring others. The memory that will stay with us until we join him in heaven will be how throughout his illness, Bill continued to teach and show us how to be strong in our faith. We love and miss him.

    My dad (Tim Macres) and I (Timmy) used to play father and son tennis matches with Bill and Billy. Those were some of the fondest memories of my childhood. I used to often go over to the Fawcetts to spend the night and Carol always seemed to serve spaghetti when I was there which was a thing we always shared laughs over. Bill Sr. was such a kind and gracious man and especially towards me since I had such a temper on the tennis court. The Fawcett family had a huge positive influence in my life and faith when I was a child. I pray the Lord’s comfort be with the Fawcett family through this most difficult time.

    Tim (Timmy) Macres
