Bill always greeted me with a smile and a hug! Many memories but my favorite was when my husband and Bill both ended up at Mission Hospital in the ER on Thanksgiving morning. Carol and I would go back and fourth keeping them entertained. Here I was thinking I would cheer up Bill but he always touched me more. His great attitude and loving ways. He truly showed you love. He always could make me laugh even when he was the one that was feeling bad.
Jim and I met Carol and Bill at Marbella and then became closer thru out ministries at Saddleback Church. Bill you will truly be missed!
    See you in Heaven!

To Carol and Will, Suzy, and Sandy,
    My deepest sympathy.

Though we saw little of each other in recent years, there were plenty of tears and laughs from my sister and me the last few days as we reminicsed about our childhood and the huge role “Billy Fawcett” played in our lives. Though he was 8 and 9 years older and very cool he treated us like we really mattered to him. And what kids could ask for a better older brother. He was always funny and fun. Besides being handsome and a great athlete, he always had a cool car. He would show up at our house, spontaneously just to take us for a swim or to buy us a frappe. Besides the fun, Bill was very helpful to me at the time of my dad’s death. I was 12 then and his dad, my Uncle Fred, had died a few years earlier. Bill fully grasped the impact of such a loss on a young boy and was there for me.

He was a wonderful man. May he rest in peace

  5. Golf and my singing granddaughter made Bill very special in our family. I am so sorry that I will not be in town on Monday. I have our Castaic Lake RV Park year end monthly meeting that day because of Thanksgiving. I know it will be a beautiful service and know that I will be thinking of you too. Lv Jeanne Staudigel
