William J. Deeley was born March 22, 1928 in Illinois and passed away July 25, 2007 at home in Mission Viejo, CA. He was 64. Bill served in the Army in post WWII Europe and met his wife in Germany. Bill graduated from Long Beach State University. He worked as a Police Officer in Signal Hill and for 30 years he worked as a Senior Fraud Investigator for the State of CA EDD. Bill is survived by his wife, Helga; daughter Michelle O'Connor; son, Kevin Deeley; brother, Robert E. Deeley and grandchildren, Kyle, Sean and Jack.
