  1. How lucky to be the granddaughter of such a beautiful and amazing man. I have so many wonderful memories of Grandpa and I when I was a little girl: my insisting he playing “On Top of Old Smokey” on the piano, swimming in the Pasadena pool, running away from the waves at the beach house, and all of his humorous/corny sayings. As I grew older I appreciated the thoughtful conversations we had and always enjoyed our opportunities to be together. He was always so supportive and encouraged me to follow my heart and my dreams. I will always choke up when I recall him meeting Kayla and Rachel and proudly saying ” I am your great-grandfather” ! He will be missed and fondly remembered!

  2. Tom and I are so blessed to have gotten to meet your Dad. He was so interesting to talk to. We are so sorry for your loss. I know you will miss him dearly. Be comforted my dear friend in knowing you will be together again!! Love You, Your Friends, Tom and Madaleine Dowd
