Wiley Wayne Watson, 70, was born September 20, 1939 in Clearwater, Florida and passed away March 16, 2010 at home in Mission Viejo, California. A retired Investigator for the orange County, CA District Attorney and a veteran from the US Army, Wiley is survived by his wife Jackie; daughter Shannon Shore; son Randy Suzette Watson mother Effie Watson and five grandchildren.
