   Grandpa always loved to share information about everything and wanted people to learn about new things. When I lived there, he always wanted to inform me about everything, which was awesome that he cared so much. He always took me into the garage to teach me about painting and go into detail about everything more than any art teacher I’ve ever had. I felt special when he gave me a few of his art books, brushes, art bin, and other materials for me to use before I went off to school. I have always thought of him when I make art (even if It isnt a painting) and I will continue to think of him when I make art. I will be back to share more.

   He was always so good to the kids. Winning took second place to sharing the commitment to working towards a goal. Thankful for the time he spent with the boys coaching baseball.

   He was a wonderful husband and father. I will miss him so much. He loved God first, then family, his church and then his friends. God took him home very peacefully with his family all around him at home. When he took his last breath, his face lit up and he had the biggest smile on his face. We knew that he was with Jesus.
