  1. this man was my father, he was my grandmothers son, and my aunt and uncles brother. he was a crazy man, he was childish and strong and did right by his family. its hard to descirbe, or put in to words even, what i am feeling and the grief that has taken its toll on me. its hard to believ that after theses short years my father wont bethere any more…dad i love you. the world would have stopped spinning if u were to have gone sooner. thanks for preparing my to survive this far…. sleep well….

  2. My Dear Nephew Vincent My heart is so saddened by your passing. I can still remember those chubby little cheeks you had as a little bambino. I remember the cutie-patooty 8-year old waving goodbye with both hands because you were moving to California. I remember when you were a long haired hippy teenager. I remember how handsome you looked on your wedding day. More recently you posed with your daughter Karyssa in her prom dress and your smiling face exudes the proud dad that you were. That too I’ll remember. You were always so loving, caring and generous to family as well as friends and you’ll be missed dearly by all. I’m sure that you’re now with your dad and nana, so let them know I love and miss them and that, somewhere in the future,I’ll meet you all at The Gate.

it was too short of a life for a super dad which he picked up the pieces and made it better than before for his daughter, very caring man makeing trips to florida to escort his grandmother back to ca and then back to fl, when my dad passed away we spent alot of time together in brklyn and really got to know him as a man,and being a part of his life growing up in ca I’m glad I got to share those times with him his sister and brother, you left this world in a hurry but set a strong foundation for you daughter I admire you for that being in the same postion at one time, you left a impression on everybody you came in contact with when you see my dad say hello and make sure when you play cards with him he dosen’t cheat love always uncle joe

  4. My dearest nephew,

It was much to soon to say goodbye! How sad we all are and how much we will miss you. We will miss your kindness and sense of fun, your love of life and the sense of family that you brought to all of us. Rest in peace my dear nephew and watch over us all here as we continue on without you. You will always be in our hearts!

  5. I read about Vincents passing and his funeral at ElToro Memorial Park.
I noticed it because I went to Gates School with Vince and we lived in the same nieghborhood. He was in my 6th grade class with Mr. Grotesky. I remember Vinces smile and even thou he was more mature than the rest of us in class he was so nice and cool. I remember him for those reasons. My daughter Amy Webster died Feb.7,2005 and it was just about the one year mark that I noticed Vinces obit. Amy was born 9-24-88 my 3rd of 5 children. She’s buried in ET cemetary too so I’ll visit Vince while I’m there. I really only knew him in 6th grade but I just never forgot. Take Care
