Vikki Morrison

(December 9th, 1946 – August 16th, 2026) On August 16th, 2026, Vikki Morrison passed away peacefully in her San Juan Capistrano home, due to a three-year battle with various health complications. She was close to 80 years old.

Born to Emma Irene O’Neal and Les Morrison in 1946, Vikki was born in Long Beach, California. Over the years, Bill Smith followed by Clayton Heinz would become stepfathers and profound male role models, in her life.

Vikki grew up in Bellflower, California, where she graduated from Bellflower High in 1964. At the freshly adult age of 18 and true to her adventuresome spirit, she moved to Orange County at 18, where her journey began as a model. She traveled to New York frequently for photoshoots and modeling jobs, before securing a position for McDonald Douglas that lasted 10 years.

In December of 1977, Vikki became a real estate agent, which would blossom into her lifelong passion and a true love of her life. Driven to become a financially independent woman, she was a huge part of building what would become the Century21 walk-in franchise in her region, and she was awarded the “#1 realtor in the nation” in 1981. She would go on to sell countless homes for First Team Realty. Her commitment to almost 30 years of real estate implemented one of her most fundamental values and life philosophies – “make sure you love your work.” For many years, she was deemed by many to be in the Hall of Fame of real estate agent community due to her honesty and integrity, as a realtor. Some of Vikki’s lifelong friends were also her clients because for Vikki, selling homes was personal. A way of showing up in the world with agency and loyalty.

Vikki met Jeff Boynes, the man who would become her life partner and soul mate in November of 1994. In 2006, typical Vikki Morrison flair, they had two weddings – one with an Elvis impersonator in Las Vegas and another in the sacred Vatican in Rome, Italy. Together, Jeff and Vikki enjoyed beautiful homes in Huntington Beach, settling in San Juan Capistrano since 2010. Over the course of 30 years, Vikki and Jeff traveled the world together; some of Vikki’s favorite destinations were South Africa, Egypt, Italy, Istanbul, and anywhere she could ski in Europe.

Apart from her dedicated work ethic and unprecedented success in her career, Vikki had a remarkable talent for interior design and fashion. Her legacy also includes hosting beautiful dinners, parties, and events for her friends and family. Her loved ones describe her holiday meals as the best recipes they’ve ever had, while Vikki opened her home to many who needed a place to go for warmth, friendship, and a delicious meal. Many will remember her as fiercely loyal, reliable, and a constant nest or source of support in their lives.

Vikki Morrison was the strongest of the strong, beautiful, vibrant, self-made, and firmly believed “we create our own reality.” She is survived by her husband Jeff, her brother – John D. Morrison, her niece Kristy R. Morrison, and her two half-sisters – Frances Morrison (and family), and Leslie Bridges (and family).
