Obituary
Victoria Kastely, longtime San Clemente Resident passed away on Friday, Dec. 22, 2006 in San Clemente, California. Mrs. Kastely was born on January 14, 1918 in Kassa, Hungary. She emigrated to the United States in 1950 with her husband Miklos and two small children to escape from the Communist occupation of Hungary after WWII and moved to San Clemente in 1984. She was employed at People’s State Bank, for many years. She was a founding member and deacon of the Kalamazoo Hungarian Evangelical Reformed Church.
She is survived by her loving daughter Dr. Judith Ruzicska, and beloved son-in-law, Joseph of Capistrano Beach, California; loving daughter Susan Mercado, and beloved son-in-law Arthur of San Diego, California. She was dearly loved by many and will be deeply missed by all.
A Memorial Service will be held at on Monday, January 15, 2007 ~ 1:00 P.M. at Faith Lutheran Church, 34381 Calle Portola, Capistrano Beach, CA 92624. 949 496-1901.
