Valerie L. Pryce passed away on September 2, 2021, at the age of 62. She is survived by her husband Robert Pryce, daughter Emily Pryce, father-in-law Gene Pryce, sister Cathy McGoldrick and her husband Patrick, brother Edward O'Brien and his wife Parry, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins, and her beloved dog Ella.

The daughter of Edward L. and Catherine O'Brien, she was born in New Jersey, raised in Woodbury, and moved to Orange County after graduation from college. She worked at Hoag Hospital Newport Beach for many years in its ER department and later as a nursing supervisor.

She will be remembered for her extraordinary gifts as a nurse, and as a kind and generous spirit who touched many lives.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, October 2nd at 1:30 p.m. at Ascension Cemetery, 24754 Trabuco Road, Lake Forest, CA.

Her family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
