    To the Mee’s,
I know your hearts are breaking and mine is too. Todd has left us with so many treasures and for that I am so thankful. God blessed us with him for 35 years now Heaven gets to see what we’ve been loving all that time. I love you all so very much.

As a dad I never had the opportunity to tell you of how much I admired you and how proud I was of all you had accomplished in your life. That you truly were loved, appreciated, and respected by those you served with in the Navy pretty much tells the story of your life. You loved life, made friends easily, loved your country and serving it, loved the Navy, and most of all loved your family. We are the recipients of nearly 35 years of unconditional love, and for that we are grateful. Your family knows that we will be together again one day, but the wait to see your big ole smile will be tough. Thank you for being our son and for having so much good in your heart…you were and will always be a very special person. Your Mom and I miss you every day and are assured by our Lord that we will be together again. Your Mom misses her bear-hugs when you came home and I miss our walks and rafting trips. You’re always in our thoughts and our hearts, Dad and Mom

    Dear Susan and Family,

I was on my way home from work today, and was thinking about you and your family, its been a long time. Than I remembered how Todd joined the Military after 9/11 and what an honorable thing it was for him, and I just had an uneasy feeling, so I googled his name. I am so sorry for your loss.. I am stunned. My deepest sympathy to you and your family.I remember when he bought his first pick-up truck, and how proud of it he was. The girls always had him on a pedestal and were so proud of him, as well as you Susan. He was an amazing person.

    Sincerely,

    Gary Cooper
