I served with Todd on the Carl Vinson. I’m still attached to the ship but I’m currently serving a tour in Afgahnistan. I knew him and everybody liked him in our division. I never heard anything bad about him. I would just like to say that I’m sorry for your loss. Take care and God bless

  2. Bull,

We know you are now finally home with God. You are seated besides HIM watching, guiding and protecting over your loved ones here. We are deeply saddened by your early passing, but we know you are now happy because you are now in the greatest place and in the greatest seat…besides GOD. Thank you for all the good memories we had. Its hard to say goodbye to a dear friend but we believe this is only temporary because someday, we’ll see each other again, not here but there on heaven. We will miss you bull, specially by our daughter baby Megan, because she just lost her big teddy bear. May you rest in peace.

  4. Bull,
Though I only worked with you a hand full of times I knew the guy you were. Big, rough, and tough on the outside and soft on the inside. You are truly a great guy that will be missed by everyone. There will be no one to light up the shop and have a positive attitude about everything they do like you. We are saddened by your early passing but will one day meet again. I will never forget the memories we shared. Take care of us from up there until we meet again.

  5. Bull,

We have been through alot together, seems like just the other day we were launching EA6B Prowlers off of the bow, or watching “Friday the 13th” marathon’s in our tiny townhouse in Virginia. Thank you for always being such a great friend. I’m going to miss you Brother.
