Obituary

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we announce the passing of Todd Andrew Wennerberg, our beloved son, father, brother, and partner. Todd passed away at home on May 14, 2021 in Huntington Beach at the age of 34.

Todd’s life may have been cut short, but he touched the heart of so many while he was with us. You may remember him as the friendly toe-head blond kid with a pocket full of lizards and the loudest voice in the room, or the avid skateboarder and music lover with perpetually sweaty feet, or the loving father who doted upon his children, often taking them to the beach for bonfires. His kind smile and ability to connect with people were undeniable. He will be greatly missed.

Todd is survived by his parents, Linda White and Dave Wennerberg; his children, Dustin, Love, and Lily; his partner, Erica Flaherty; his sister and brother-in-law, Emily and Ryan Smilor; his niece, Corinne Smilor; his dog, Bear; and his loving extended family and many friends.

A memorial service will be held on June 12, 2021 at 11am at Calvary Chapel Pacific Hills, 24481 Moulton Pkwy, Aliso Viejo, CA 92637.

Never got the opportunity to meet Mr. Wennerberg. From what I’ve been told he was a very caring young man and loved others very much. May he rest in peace! Celebrate the life that was taken far to soon!!

I remember when Todd was little he was always laughing and being silly. I can still picture that cute little face with his white blond hair. He was fun to be around. I loved how honest Todd was. He had a very good heart! A very caring person. He will be deeply missed, but with the way time flys I will see him soon.
