    Dear Joe and Family,

I was saddened to hear about the loss of your beloved Liz. Whenever she would see me, she would always ask about me and my family. Such a gracious lady.

Words are so inadequate at times like this, but what comes to mind are the words of an old Hebrew proverb: “Say not in grief she is no more, but live in thankfulness that she was.”

    With our deepest condolences,

    Fred and Ellen Brooks
